Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Video to Prompt ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Accounts and Sign-In

To use our AI tools and purchase credits, you must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your Video to Prompt account.

You agree to provide accurate information and not to create accounts for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.

Credits and Paid Plans

Video to Prompt operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use our tools to generate AI prompts.

  • Free credits: New accounts receive 3 free credits when signing in with Google for the first time.
  • Paid credit packs: You may purchase one-time credit packs on our Pricing page. Current plans include Starter ($2.99 / 60 credits), Pro ($7.99 / 200 credits), and Creator ($14.99 / 450 credits). Prices and credit amounts may change; the price shown at checkout applies to your purchase.
  • No subscription: Credit packs are one-time purchases. We do not charge recurring subscription fees unless clearly stated otherwise in the future.
  • Credits do not expire: Purchased and bonus credits remain on your account until used, subject to these Terms.
  • Non-transferable: Credits are tied to your account and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

Credit Usage

Credit costs depend on the tool and content length. For example:

  • Videos up to 30 seconds — 1 credit
  • Videos 31–60 seconds — 2 credits
  • Videos 61–90 seconds — 3 credits
  • Videos 91–120 seconds — 4 credits
  • Image to Prompt — 1 credit per image

Current rates are shown on the Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as PayPal and Dodo Payments. By completing a purchase, you also agree to the applicable payment provider's terms.

All sales are generally final once credits have been added to your account. Refund requests may be considered at our discretion for failed deliveries, duplicate charges, or technical errors. Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase if you believe a billing error occurred.

Service Description

Video to Prompt is an AI-powered service that analyzes uploaded videos and images and generates text prompts for use with AI creative tools. The Service includes:

  • Video to Prompt, Video to Prompt (Scenes), Image to Prompt, and TikTok to Prompt tools
  • Video uploads up to 24 MB (MP4, MOV, WEBM, and other supported formats)
  • Videos up to 120 seconds in length
  • Processing via Google Gemini AI technology
  • Automatic deletion of uploaded media within 24 hours
  • Storage of generated prompts associated with your account
  • Ad-free experience for users who have completed a credit purchase

Acceptable Use

You may use the Service and the prompts you generate for personal or commercial creative projects, provided you comply with these Terms and applicable law. You may not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its APIs
  • Circumvent credit limits, payment requirements, or access controls
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service itself
  • Use automated means to overload or disrupt the platform
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices from our website or materials

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Only upload content that you own or have the legal right to use
  • Not upload illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or rights-infringing content
  • Not upload copyrighted material without proper authorization
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Ensure you have sufficient credits before using paid features

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the videos, images, and other content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it, generate prompts, and store those prompts solely to provide the Service.

You own the prompts generated for your uploads and may use them for your own projects, subject to applicable law and the terms of any third-party AI platforms you use with those prompts.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that contains:

  • Illegal content or activities
  • Violence, hate speech, or harassment
  • Sexually explicit material involving minors or non-consensual content
  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Personal information of others without consent

We reserve the right to refuse service, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Advertising

Guests and users who have not completed a credit purchase may see third-party advertisements on the site. Users who have purchased credits receive an ad-free experience on our platform, as described on our Pricing page.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Technical issues or failures
  • Third-party outages (e.g., Google Gemini API, PayPal, or Dodo Payments)
  • Force majeure events

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Video to Prompt and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, credits, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Accuracy of Materials

AI-generated prompts and website materials may contain errors or inaccuracies. Video to Prompt does not warrant that prompts or site content are accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

Third-Party Services

Our Service relies on third-party providers, including Google (Sign in and Gemini AI), PayPal, and Dodo Payments. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or for any other reason at our discretion. Unused credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable location for disputes arising from these Terms.
